Pan-fried crispy dumplings
Step 1: Add two spoons of oil in a non-stick pan on medium heat (Gas Mark 4-5/180°C)
Step 2: Place the FROZEN dumplings into the pan
Step 3: Pour a glass of water until 1/3 of each dumpling is covered in water and turn to high heat (Gas Mark 7-8/220°C)
Step 4: Cover and let it cook for about 7 minutes
Step 5: Open the cover and wait until the bottom of the dumplings are golden brown and crispy to serve
Steamed dumplings (Bamboo Steamer)
Step 1: Place the FROZEN dumplings into a Bamboo steamer with baking paper on the bottom
Step 2: Add 0.75 liters of water in the pot and turn to high heat (Gas Mark 8-9/220°C)
Step 3: Cover and let it cook until you can see the steam. Steam for about 8 minutes
Step 4: Turn off heat and it’s ready to serve.
Step 1: Place the FROZEN dumplings into a microwavable food container.
Step 2: Pour a glass of water over the dumplings and cover.
Step 3: Set to 700 Watts for 7 minutes
